I posted this inquiry a while ago, but I didn’t get the picture up before.
I found this in the attic of the 100+ yr old house I bought last year and have not been able to find one similar. Curious as to the age, value.
It has the Westmoreland Glass mark inside the lid. It is is perfect shape; no chips, marks, etc.
Would appreciate any clues …. thanks!
your piece is c1950 and was produced when the West family owned the company, It later changed hands to the Brainard family & they produced your same piece but in milk galss c1980. In this market to a collector of westmoreland value $50.00. Here are examples in blue satin & milk glass
