I need help in identifying this charger. it is signed by Ulmer but I can not find the pottery maker’s mark in any of my books. Can anyone help? The mark is a crown with a shield under it. the inside of the shield looks like there are lines in it. Above the crown are 2 numbers, looks like 8 and 3. above that are the initials P L M.
The picture is named Fleur Eclose and the charger is numbered.
Any ideas?
