I have a small 6 inch vase..very German or Scandinavian in type.
Looking at other marks that are the same I found this to be a piece by a Ralf Busz b1939 of Germany.

The thing is most of his few pieces I can find are big and clunky..this is small 6″ and petite. There is no reason for anyone to use or fake his mark ans here I don’t think he is an important artist at this time.
