Selling a Soft Porcelain Antique Figurine (8″ high) and was hoping someone might help me confirm my findings on the item date and value.

Note sure on the date- I think the makers mark of a crown and shield is from the Saxonian Porcelain Factory.

Any ideas on date and value?
