I just purchased a very interesting item on impulse because I thought it was beautiful and unique; something you don’t see every day.

The problem is that I have no idea what it is (well I think it is a Porcalain Picture / Plaque) but other than that, I know nothing. No idea on the maker, period or anything else that normally you would know before making a purchase.

Anybody seen something like this before? Any information posted would be greatly appreciated!
