If a piece of Harker dinnerware is not marked pate sur pate, can it still be pate sur pate? In particular, I am speaking of the Chesterton/Corinthian teal green dinner ware made by Harker. I have seen pieces marked Harker with the “oven proof ” mark and no “Pate Sur Pate” described as Pate Sur Pate. What is correct?

For that pattern the term Pate sur Pate would be correct !! That is the method used to create the decorative border !!
