Again I need help to identify this figurine. I am thinking it could be Volkstadt? It has a crack under the base but a blue small mark underneath.Thank you

I think I have cracked it. Conta Boehme!

The Volkstadt was a arrow and a v(blue) Whereas this is a skwiggle line(blue also). I found it online that it is a Conta Boehme.
