Hi,

I’m a real newbie to this and was recently gifted this hand etched art deco decanter and glasses.
After a few initial searches on the web I get the idea it may be of eastern european origin, however I guess I could be barking up entirely the wrong tree! I cannot seem to find any images on the net which match these ???
I have looked over each item quite thoroughly and cannot seem to see any form of mark to help identification. Each engraving is very slightly different.
If any of you could help towards identifying this set it would be much appreciated. Ask away if you have any questions which could help also.

Many thanks in advance – please be gentle…

Hi all

Well what i could tell you about this decanter set
is that it is Bohemian 1930s Art Deco Czech Amber
cut and etched Glass Decanter Set. Could be Heinrich
Hoffmann, Moser, Loetz, Reich, Rindskopf, bleikristal,
Libochovice Sklarny, Kamenicky Senov are all bohemian
glass makers. Searching under bohemian with those names
will possibly get you closer to the answer. the picture is from
moser.

kind regards

Thanks for your reply, you information has been very helpful and given me some more avenues to try.
Appreciate you getting back to me.
Most people I have asked have mentioned it is possibly a Moser but with no marking to confirm this it difficult to be sure
Kind regards
