I bought a set of two art prints. They are prints of watercolors; city scenes with buildings, people, bicycles and tented vendors. It looks like a European city to me. The artist’s signature is only partially legible to me, “BUZZ, then four more strokes, maybe an “E” then I can’t tell the rest. In the lower right hand corner is a copyright mark “JBFCO” printed like it was letters written on the corner of a building.
They are framed in a black wooden frame with a white frame on top of it. The back is sealed in paper and stamped #701. On one there is a piece of the store’s tag that has the date 9-21-53. The rest is torn away. The second one has had the whole tag torn off .
I’m curious about the artist and where the prints might have been sold. I bought them at a garage sale.
