You didn`t say how big but it looks like a Black or some call it Black Amethyst cream pitcher ! These were made by many mfrs. during the depression and are easily found on ebay and other sale sites !! Not big value but there are many collectors !! Westmorland, Indiana, Fostoria are a few that made this type glass !! Each will have several different patterns of black glass !!
