Hi everyone, I’m trying to sell some John Widdicomb Furniture. Any help identifying these pieces would be greatly appreciated. Any advice on how to date or determine the style or wood?
It looks to me like it is a matching bedroom set with 2 twins, 2 dressers, mirror and nightstand.
Value is not great on this style !! You said two dressers,, I bet its a dresser and chest !! The dresser had the mirror, nightstand went between the twin beds !! I had the same style set back in the 60`s with a full bed !! Have no idea who made mine !! But the wood was the same,, fruitwood !! My best guess,, if all is in excellent condition and good finish is between $300. and $350.for the set !!

Its part of the French Provencal line from the 40`s !! Looks to be fruitwood with mahogany as secondary wood !!
Any idea on the values of the items?
