Definitely hand carved/shaped – About 12″ long, hallowed out inside, bent wood handle, top pivots to open… the “1661” is backwards, and there is a period between one of the 1 & 6s. Has keys (oars?) on top, fish on both sides – bottom is smooth and everything is rounded well, no sharp corners. The wood is rather light for its size, possibly will float but don’t wanna put to the test. ANY help is greatly appreciated!!!
