Hummel Figurines in a New Color
All-black Hummel figurines were introduced in 2011. They are called “M.I. Hummel Zeitgeist.” Although they are not yet marketed in the United States, they can be found online. They are made by Manufaktur Rodental in Germany, the company that took over production of Hummel figurines in 2009. The black figurines include “Goose Girl” ($325) and “Merry Wanderer” ($640). “Max and Moritz” and “To Market” are mentioned for next year.
