Pewter Stein

Q: I bought this pewter stein at a military show years ago. It’s 11 inches tall. The lid has a ram’s head finial and there are two acorns on the thumb lift. There is an angel mark and some initials on the base. The angel is holding a vase in one hand and a basket in the other. Can you identify the maker and possible value?
