Q: This silver cigarette case and lighter came from an aunt who fled Russia during the Revolution. The case is marked “silver 0.950” and the lighter is marked with four letters and “950.” I have the velvet-lined box they came in. One antiques dealer said they are worth $60 and another said $140.
