Q: My silly 5 ½-inch-high “Cocktail Cherries” bowl has a lid that is topped by the flattened head of a cross-eyed woman. Attached to the inside of the lid is a small scoop with a hole in the middle. It is marked “Holt Howard, 1958” on the bottom of the red striped bowl. Who or what is Holt Howard and how much is my “tchotchke” worth?
