Q: I have an old embalming kit given to me in 1980 by the owner of a funeral home in Virginia. A curator at the Civil War Museum in Frederick, Md., says it dates from between the Civil War and 1900. The case is 14 inches high by 15 1/2 inches long by 6 1/2 inches wide. Stored inside are six small bottles of fluids, draining tools and injecting tools. Can you tell me more, including how I could sell it?
