White House Cruet Shaped Vinegar Bottle

Q My husband has had a White House Vinegar bottle in is family for a very long time. We tried to look it up online, but we couldn’t find any like it. It is shaped like a large cruet with flowers on a crackled background and two handles at the top. Do you have an idea when it was made? Also, we’re curious as to how much it might be worth.
