Now, because of health laws, restaurants must use “flutes,” (tall thin glasses with solid stems) so the glass can be thoroughly washed in a dishwasher. You can still find the hollow stem type to use at home. Try the antiques shops and house sales for low prices. Buy them to enjoy not to make money.
