Glass by Bohemian makers became popular in the United States beginning in the 1890s. Bohemia spreads across several political boundaries that changed several times from the late nineteenth through the late twentieth century. Today the region spans Germany, Hungary, and the Czech Republic. Moser and Loetz are probably the best-known Bohemian glassmakers.
