Limoges Marks

Q: My wife and I picked up some Limoges pieces at auction and have a 3-footed bowl with three stamps on the bottom. We’re having difficulty identifying the marks. We found the P and P mark on your website, Kovels.com. I’m including pictures and would appreciate help dating the bowl.
