Metal bookends made by Bradley & Hubbard Mfg. Co. bring high prices. The company was in business in Meriden, Connecticut, from 1875 to c.1940 and used this raised mark. It also made andirons, clocks, desk accessories, doorstops, lamps, and other metal items that were marked.
