Stones are pasted in place. “Better” have some colored rhinestones, prong set, with brass colored mounting. And “best” are marked with a maker’s name like Eisenberg, and have detailed settings and prong-set Swarovski rhinestones in rhodium-plated metal. Condition must be good with no missing rhinestones or metal.
