Tobacco Card
Q: My father, who is 95 years old, collected 37 old tobacco cards over 60 years ago at auctions in West Virginia. Most of the cards advertise Allen & Ginter cigarettes. There are 10 baseball cards, including this Adrian C. Anson card, plus some wrestlers, pugilists (one is young Jack Dempsey), billiards players and Annie Oakley. I’ve promised my father I would try to get some idea of their value and where they may be sold. Can you help?
