I’ve seen and have several of the Morton Salt metal corers/ peelers, but in my late dad’s collection I came across another utensil with a wooden handle. Handle reads Morton Salt, when it rains it pours, and there is a screw that suggests the device is adjustable. There is a knife blade, with a curved holder, so we are thinking it is a peeler, though some suggest it might be an oyster shucker. I cannot find another like it anywhere! Can anyone identify what it is?
