I have an old candy tin that is marked “Mrs. Steven’s Candies of Chicago.” It is covered in a brown material (leather, perhaps?). Around the side of the tin pressed into the brown material are the busts and corresponding names of the first 31 presidents of United States, ending with F.D. Roosevelt. Separating the first and last presidents profiles and names is a small Statue of Liberty.

The lid of the tin shows the eagle from the U.S. presidential seal (eagle, arrows, olive branches). It is a raised design in gold. The lid, too, except for the eagle and the outer rim, is covered in the same brown material as the body of the tin.

The metal is an off-white color.

Does anyone have any idea what this might be worth? I can find no information about it at all.

Thanks!

Tish
