Please let me know about the authentication !! Either here or at my main forum www.antique-shop.com !! Am interested to know !! I did not see this print selling on ebay !! You might keep an eye there and see if anyone lists one like this and what it sells for !! Americana is pretty popular !! If that’s where you plan on selling it !!

She was 96 and said she had it for years, and years. By the look of most of her things in her house, I assumed it look and was very old, I did the things on the web site mentioned and it does appear original, so getting it authenticated is my next step. Thank you for your assistance. Not sure if I will keep it or sell

Many of the things are correct on your item so I suggest going through the two links I gave you and then if they check out,, a final once over at a good gallery !! The value is not your retirement fund but is worth checking out !! How did the lady say she acquired the print ?? These things are important to its authenticity !! When buying,,always remember to ask questions !!

This site shows you what to look for in the print itself. !! You will need strong magnification !!
While it looks like it could be one of the earlier prints, without being able to see it and handle it myself there is no way I can tell from a pic !! You might consider taking it to a good art gallery and let them take a look !!
May I ask where you got this print ??
