Hello All!
I have a Buddha sitting on a pedestal that measures 3-3/8″ X 2-1/2″ X 3-7/8″. The piece also weighs 10.5 ounces. The statue has a tag on the bottom with only numbers on it. I am trying to identify the composition, date, and value of the item. I do not have experience with carvings and such and was wondering whether it is bone, alabaster, ivory, resin etc, Thanks for your help!
