I have recently aquired a watercolor painting painted by Akio Morita. Akio Morita was the founder of Sony. This water color is in great condition and is still in its original frame. There is a small card attached to back that states: International Art Council, Artist Painter Akio Morita, Gifu, Japan. Please tell me if this painting is significant since Mr. Morita passed away in 1999. The painting is signed “Akio” 1989.10.25 and is signed in Japanese letters.
