Hello, I am wondering what anyone might know about these two tables. Age, value? They have been in my family forever, but there is no one left to ask about them.. I know the Pie Crust table is True Grand Rapids. Not sure of age though. No marks on the drop leaf. Thank you.

Without being able to see it in person,, my guess is from about 1880 to 1910 !! Wish I could be more specific but that is difficult with pics only !! It appears to be maple with a figured maple top !! These were commonly called candle stands !! Its a nice one and well worth keeping !! No huge value other than family history which is priceless !!

Thank you for the information. I would guess a family member added the piece on the underside. The table has been in the family forever. Who knows what could have happened to it so many years ago. How old do you think that table is?

Who added the piece on the underside of the first table ?? The pie crust table was made after 1931 !! Thats when the Grand Rapids Furniture Makers Guild was formed and added the brass tag to assure buyers that one of the companies in the Guild made it !!
