I Can anyone identify this  continuous arm, comb-back windsor chair.  It has original black paint. Thank you

I have had 185 folks look at this windsor chair but no one has commented on who the maker might be. Perhaps because of the shine on it, it looks new but it has been in my family as long as I can remember and I’m 73. It could have been made early in the 1900s. From the shape of the spindles, I believe it was made in Rhode Island or Connecticut. Anyone have some suggestions?
