And is there anything on the bottom ?? Since the numbers are all the same on each one its probably a part number or for some other use !! Where are you located ?? Foundry names are sometimes on the decorative part of an object !!
On the backside of each figure is the stamp with Symbols, Numbers & Letters.
The 1st is a Symbol [infinity] or a 8 sideways followed by [2] Letters: M J or M S followed by numbers:123010798
Have you looked carefully at the underside of the base for a foundry mark ?? This style shade has been made in Italy,,usually, Millefiore multi color glass !! Looks like a bronze base so may be marked.by the foundry !!
