Found this lamp recently. Very dirty. Fabric shade was stained. Cleaned up pretty well. Fabric on the shade is probably not original as it is in very good condition once cleaned. In my research I have found similar style porcelain figurines to Sitzendorf (German) but I’m not sure.

The shade after cleaning:

Any idea of what I have, country of origin, age?
Thank you.

Normally the finial would show slightly above the shade so we can assume the shade is not original to the lamp !! My feeling is the shade would have been a porcelain shade !! I can guess the lamp is from the Art Nouveau period from 1890 to about 1910 or slightly after !! Keep in mind that these are just my opinions from what I can see !! Although it is similar to the Sitzendorf style I can not say for sure without seeing the mark,,which is likely on the bottom of the porcelain !! We have an expert on German porcelain that is a member here and can give his opinion !! He pops in several times a week so lets wait and see what he says !! Current value may be difficult to determine !!
