Could someone help me identify this lamp as to age, style, origin, value?
First:

There is ornate black iron base and handles.
Also copper or bronze on the base and top. Center section with the Italian Renaissance (?) figure is porcelain.

Stands 28 inches tall to top of finial, 20 inches tall to top of bulb socket.
