I guess there is nothing written on the underside of the chair,,is there ?? It looks to be of the Scandinavian and Danish design school but that is hard to say since mfrs here in the states also made similar chairs !! It looks like teak wood !! Guessing who out of the many mfrs and designers is almost impossible !! Sorry I can`t be of more help !! You might check JLMoller designs !! There is not enough distinction in the designs to even guess who`s chair it might be !!
