Hello – I was wondering if anyone had any information on the original Sauder flat pack furniture. According to their website the original pieces were patented and sold around 1953 and were of solid wood.

I found a table at a flea market and when cleaning it up I found a sticker on the bottom of the glass table top that read:

“Another Foremost Table…Foremost in Value…Mf’d by…Sauder Woodworking Co. Archbold, OH” (See attached image)

I am looking for any further information on these tables including value/selling prices. All help is appreciated.

Since this is the patented version it could be of interest to those that like Mid Century furniture but there is little to judge its collectability on the internet !! Sorry I couldn`t be of more help !!

I didn`t find any on the secondary market nor any on ebay !! I would say minimal value at best !! They are still in business,,try emailing the company for additional info !!
