This family heirloom lamp was my grandfathers. He told me that it was his fathers and that it originally held real candles but later they electrified it. My family came here to escape the nazi’s and this would have come with them to the US at that time. The plug still reads 230v Made In England. Does anyone have any idea about it’s history and possibly the value. I’ll like to have someone rewire it to US voltage and re-purpose it to our home but i’m curious if it has a lot of value or if it’s value is more sentimental.
