I am a first time buyer and purchased this dresser at an estate sale. it says Eastlake dresser on my receipt. I am not sure if this is correct. Any idea what time period this is? Should I refinish it or leave it as is? I paid $60 is it worth more as is? Any advice is appreciated or information on what this piece is. Dovetails look hand cut. Thanks
I have a similar dresser, and was hoping to find the value of my dresser, as I would like to sell it. Mine has a marble section between the two small drawers, and also has a mirror between them. The handle design on the drawers is identical, but some of the other details are different. Yours looks to be in excellent condition. I too, would like to know what to call it, as I have seen similar dressers referred to as Eastlake. I will try to add a picture of mine.
