I have a walnut armchair with a label on the bottom manufactured by R.W. Schulze Co., LA, CA. Made expressly for Rucker Fuller Co. Style No 1320-2, dated 2/1/37 with a Serial No 2024. Covered in leather but it’s shot. It has handwritten # 8817 on it as well. Anyone have any info on this chair? I’m in Maine near Bar Harbor and there are alot of famous people including the Rockerfellers. This chair would have been a pricy item in 1937 so i’m figuring that the average joe would not have been able to afford the quality. Any idea’s on what it’s worth if anything? I plan to reupholster it in suede but if it’s worth more in the original leather then that would be the other option.
