I have a triple dresser by Kindel of Grand Rapids with twin arched mirrors. It has nine drawers: three narrower ones on each side, with three wider drawers in the middle. The top drawers are not as deep as the bottom six. The mirrors fit into metal pieces in the back of the dresser. Both dresser and mirrors are in very good condition, but I don’t care for the mirrors because of gilt-colored decorations on the top. As we are moving across the country soon and the mirrors are very heavy, I would just as soon leave them behind. However, while I’m not a collector, I believe that this is a valuable piece of furniture and I should probably keep all the pieces together even though I won’t use the mirrors and storage will be at a premium in the new house. Is this correct?
