This is a lamp that belonged to my husband’s family. We’ve been carting it around with us for 25 years. I’d like to restore it and use it but I cannot find any information on it.
I assume the period is early 20th century Art Deco/Art Nouveau. (Yes in dire need of cleaning.) Heavy! Assuming the metal is brass with a marble piece in the base.
Underneath its the GE logo with CAT. NO. 59G418 and two flat head screws holding a plate. Inside this is a small ballast and label inside 32 WATT FOR USE WITH 32 WATT FLUORESCENT LAMP. There is a UL logo too.
Any help will be appreciated. Thanks!
Hello, can someone give me any info on this set.
After 1 month of emails and 5 forums, seems that no one knows.
My father use to have written info about it but once my siblings new it was mine all documentation was destroyed.
Thanks
