Does anyone know age or value?

0

I have this beautiful blue velvet upholstered chair that was passed down to me when a relative died. I would like some help to determine the year and if possible it’s value and if someone can identify the “style” as well that would be great.

The tag under the cushions reads ” made by Silver-Craft Furniture Co. High Point N.C”

The legs have a green tint to them and there is a tooled piece of trim near the bottom that feels and looks like dark brown leather. I can email a photo if needed since can’t upload one that seems to fit the requirements here.

Any information about this beautiful piece would be greatly appreciated.

Union Furniture Company Rockford Illinois, cherrywood and mahogany cabinet, 6 foot high. Any thoughts on this piece?
All I know is that it was bought in Chicago Illinois in the 1950s, at an estate sale.

I inherited an identical pair of very large table lamps. An aunt gave them to my parents in 1960, and now they have been given to me. Base of lamps is carved wood with inlaid ebony, pearl, fleur de lis designs. Shades are octagonal mica panels with red fleur de lis on each panel. Multiple light outlets with pull chains. All original and really nice condition. Can you tell me something about these lovely lamps? Are they French or Arts & Crafts? Is there any value to them or just old junk?

Here is a second picture with the top closed. The stamp on the bottom says “Lane Altavista, Virginia” with the serial 3’s mentioned above.
