where is the picture?

Looking for info and value on this bed. Thanks for any help you can give.

I was hoping someone could help find info on this icebox. It is 80″ inches wide, 74″ inches tall but the kicker is that it is 36″ deep. I am thinking this was clearly a commercial unit. There is no manufacturer label on it anywhere I can find. Inside the opening of a couple of the doors there is a code routered into the wood. It says 29 R 2979. In addition, each of the openings has a number routered in the opening that corresponds to a number on the edge of the doors itself so that you put the right door into the right hole. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
