Does anyone know age or value?

0

I have several antique items that I have inherited ranging from furniture, old games, toys, paintings, coins, etc. I will attach pictures of these items from time to time. I was told that some date back to the 1800’s. Would appreciate any help that you can give. Thanks. I will try once again to upload some photos.

Quick description as I don’t have a photo handy…

48″ high Oak (I think) cabinet with an ice box and two shelves in the trunk portion, a card/poker chip drawer under a pull-out marble tray above the drawer. Clearly it was a mini-bar of some fashion with the gaming drawer accent, but I can’t find another peice like it to asess value.

I have no idea when it was created, but I’ve got its auction slip from 1923 when my great grandmother bought it for her seaside home in Ocean City. I’ve researched regional furniture makers there as well as Ice boxes, Liquor Cabinets and gaming tables and have come up empty.

Ideas? I’ll post a photo as soon as I get home.

*I don’t seem to be able to load pictures here.

Newbie here in need of help! (I hope). I am sorting through gobs of items belonging to my mom who can no longer keep up. She was an antique collector (born 1920) and has the oddest things! I’ve searched for days but can’t find anything on this one. A cast iron figurine of a man dressed from the Federal Period. 18″ H. It’s in such good shape, I fear it’s a repro. Anyone ever seen anything even a little bit like it? The bottom is stamped JvE
