Looking for help to identify this setee. It appears to be quite old. Saw marks are straight. rounded head nails. dowels. Hay/straw and hair seat. tied spring seat. Upolstery green with flowers and birds (may have been reupolstered as there were also flat tacs/nails. or could have just been repaired)
I have a lamp, and I was told that it was a George and Martha Washington Lamp. I have attached two pictures of it. Does anyone know anything about these lamps? When were they made? Where? and How much are they worth? I received after my great uncle passed away. I had the lamp rewired. None of the original paint has been restored, its still in its original form. Very nice lamp, but it doesn’t match my decor. I would love to sell it. That’s why I am inquiring on value. Thanks for you assistance.
