My dad left me several antiques, and unfortunately I don’t know anything about most of them.

Can anyone help me identify this Libbey pattern or tell me anything about it? It looks yellowish in the picture, but that was the flash. It’s clear. If anyone needs any further pictures, descriptions, or information, please let me know.
