I have a Carnival Glass punch bowl with 12 cups that I’m wanting to know its value. Any help would be appreciated. So far I have been told that it was made by Imperial Glass Company. (I’m sorry. I was also told that I put the base on upside down)

Please be ready for maybe some disapointment. Punch bowl sets are not good seller’s anymore and it depends on pattern and how deep the color is. Also price Guide books have a tendency to overflate prices, also depending on where you live. But the libraray is a good place to research. For insurance purposes take the high end but for selling expect a lot less. That’s just my opinion for now until economy get’s better. Good Luck to you!
Your pattern name I believe is Hobstar and Arches made by Imperial glass from 1909-1916. It looks like the color is amethyst. Your punch bowl set is worth hundreds. I have different prices but not the same pattern as yours from Kovals and another carnival books. For instance a Imperial 8 piece set pattern name Broken Arches amethyst valued at $750.00. You might want to try other web sights or Encyclopedia Glass web site. Imperial reproduced lots of glass in the 1960ties but I don’t think they reproduced punch bowl sets. Some punch bowl sets are valued at in the Thousands. You have to do more homework so I hope this helps you some. Thank You.
