Yu didn`t say if there was a seam in the glass but I am guessing it is hand blown !! Should have a pontil mark on the bottom !! These were usually ground down but you should be able to see it !! With no mark almost impossible to guess what factory it is from but I would say its probably Czech or Bohemian glass with gold enameling !! Value just depends on the market !! Most glassware has seen a slump recently !! There are many pieces of this type for sale on ebay although finding another like yours is unlikely since each was decorated independently by the artists working at the factory !! Still its a very pretty vase and a nice keepsake from your grandparents !!
