I bought this at an antique shop a few years ago for $55.00.

I shop a lot of antique shops and flea markets, but I’ve never seen one like it to know the background on it. It does have 3 light settings and the plugin looks a little 1920s.

On the underside of the base is marked 5 T F B on one side and an upside down 1 on the other.

Any thoughts would be appreciated. Doesn’t look like any Fenton lamps I’ve seen.

That makes sense. The only thing I could find (nothing in bulb socket), but the plug-in has UL on one side and GE on the other.

Thank you so much for the information!

Here is the problem with most common lamps,, they are not all made by one company !! The glass is made by one, the metal works by another, and the electrical components by another !! No telling who assembles and sells them !! Three way bulbs and sockets were introduced in the 30`s !! Look at the electrical socket that holds the bulb and see if it has a UL symbol or a factory name !! That will help date it !! The initials are likely from the foundry that cast the metal parts !! Do not think your lamp was ever an oil lamp but rather a look-a-like !!
