No. I’m talking about the symbol above the large circle. It looks like a cloudy sideways diamond.

Are you talking about that circular area ?? That’s just the foot so it will sit correctly !! The shape is similar to many of the swung vases of the 70`s !! I think your item may be a bud vase rather than a candlestick !! Made to hold only two or three flowers !!
